Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Russian energy company Inter RAO is considering the possibility of exporting electricity to Uzbekistan.

According to the Interfax agency, company representative Alexandra Panina announced Uzbekistan’s interest in Inter RAO’s proposal to supply electricity to the country.

However, she noted difficulties in transit through Kazakhstan, given the already existing supplies to Kyrgyzstan in this direction.
