Georgia and Uzbekistan reach agreement to establish direct flights

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzbekistan Airways will start flights between Tashkent and Tbilisi from 16 July. This was reported on Friday by the press service of the Tbilisi International Airport.

“From July 16, Uzbekistan Airways Company will start operating Tashkent-Tbilisi flights to Tbilisi International Airport,” the airport said in a statement.

According to the service of the Tbilisi International Airport, flights will be operated twice a week on Tuesdays and Sundays.

Regular flights will operate the Airbus A320 airliner, the airport added.
