Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — In 2024, China’s passenger traffic reached a record 730 million, an 18% increase compared to the previous year. 

A total of 13.81 million flight hours and 5.39 million flights were recorded, reflecting growth of 13.1% and 9.5%, respectively. 

No aviation accidents were reported throughout the year. 

During the upcoming Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) travel season, from January 14 to February 22, 2025, Chinese airlines are expected to serve a record 90 million passengers.
