Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) - At the production sites of Uzbekneftegaz with the participation of the international consulting organization RLG International Inc. (Canada) continues to work on a project to improve the operational efficiency of drilling and workover processes.
Together with representatives of the company, work was completed on the analysis of documentation and conducting interviews in the offices of oil and gas production departments, Uzneftegaz Burgilash Ishlari LLC and Uzneftgazkuduktamirlash JSC. The study of the operating activities of enterprises with access to oil and gas wells has also begun.
In the course of diagnostic work, the applied practices and methods of carrying out production processes at the fields of Gazli, Shurtan, Mubarek and Ustyurt oil and gas production departments are studied, critically analyzed and evaluated.
International consultants identify bottlenecks, problem areas and ineffective operations, in respect of which factor analysis will be carried out in the future and corrective actions will be developed.
