Vikram Kumar Doraiswami appointed as next Ambassador of India to Uzbekistan

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- India appointed its new Ambassador to Uzbekistan, according to the press service of the Ministry of External Affairs of India.

According to the Ministry, Shri Vikram Kumar Doraiswami has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Uzbekistan. Currently, he is Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs.

Shri Vikram Kumar Doraiswami will replace Anumula Gites Sarma in this position. He is expected to take up his assignment shortly.
