Uzmetkombinat launches steel grinding ball production
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzmetkombinat has commissioned a steel grinding ball rolling complex with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tonnes.
The facility was launched under the leadership of Uzmetkombinat Chairman of the Management Board and CEO Bahodir Abdullaev. The project was completed in four months.
The new production facility will manufacture 40 mm and 50 mm steel grinding balls for large industrial enterprises. The products will be classified in hardness groups IV and V.
The complex has an annual production capacity of 300,000 tonnes of steel grinding balls.
Uzmetkombinat said the launch of the new production facility is part of ongoing transformations at the company and efforts to accelerate the creation of new production capacities.
