Uzbekneftegaz Signs Pipe Supply Contract With China's IMBSU Steel

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A contract has been signed between Uzbekneftegaz JSC and Chinese company IMBSU Steel Industry at the Tashkent International Investment Forum for the supply of pipe products to meet the needs of Uzbekistan's oil and gas sector.

The agreement is aimed at providing ongoing projects in the country with quality pipes for use in the production and infrastructure processes of the oil and gas sector, as well as strengthening the technological resilience of the industry and improving operational efficiency.

The two sides held preliminary negotiations in May of this year, during which the key technical and commercial terms of the contract were agreed.

The document provides for the supply of pipe products meeting current industry standards, quality control of the materials supplied, and the timely delivery of projects.

The signing of the agreement is noted as significant for the stable material and technical support of Uzbekneftegaz JSC's investment and production projects, the expansion of international cooperation, and the further development of the country's oil and gas infrastructure.
