Uzbekistan U-23 Lose to Japan in Slovenia Friendly

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s under-23 national football team suffered a 1-0 defeat against Japan in a friendly match held during a training camp in Slovenia.

The only goal of the match was scored in the 14th minute, securing victory for the Japanese side.

The friendly fixtures are part of Uzbekistan’s preparations for upcoming international competitions.

The Uzbekistan U-23 team will play its next friendly match on 8 June against the United States.
