Uzbekistan Integrates AI Into Space Data Systems
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan has signed a memorandum of understanding in Tashkent between the Center for Space Monitoring and Geoinformation Technologies under the Uzcosmos Agency and the Artificial Intelligence Alliance.
The document is aimed at expanding the use of space data and introducing artificial intelligence technologies into geoinformation analysis and public administration.
The agreement provides for improved efficiency in working with space-based information through the application of AI solutions, as well as regular training and professional development for the center’s specialists.
Staff will gain access to educational programs, seminars and professional events focused on modern artificial intelligence technologies and digital analytics.
The signing of the memorandum is part of a broader process of integrating digital technologies with the space sector, which is described as entering a new stage of development. Within this framework, the combination of artificial intelligence and space data is viewed as a tool to improve efficiency in public administration, the economy and scientific research.
Separately, the Artificial Intelligence Alliance held a business breakfast for partners. During the informal meeting, participants discussed the organization’s priority areas of activity, prospects for implementing AI technologies across various economic sectors, as well as coordination of joint projects and exchange of expertise among participants.
