Uzbekistan imported 74,700 cars in 2024

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan imported 74,700 passenger cars, including electric vehicles, in 2024, according to the Statistics Agency.

The total value of the imported vehicles amounted to US$1.28 billion.

The largest number of passenger cars came from China, with 61,000 units imported.

11,900 cars were imported from the Republic of Korea, 639 from the United States, 577 from India, and 168 from Japan.

Additionally, 374 passenger cars were supplied to Uzbekistan from other countries.
