Uzbekistan Cadastre Agency Gets New Acting Director, Leadership Team
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Sadriddin Turdiev has been appointed acting director of the Cadastre Agency of Uzbekistan, the government announced June 12. Turdiev previously served in the republic's prosecutorial bodies before taking on the role.
The reshuffle, authorized by the Head of the Presidential Administration, extended beyond the top post. Murat Fayzullayev has been named First Deputy Director of the agency.
Three deputy director positions were filled simultaneously: Alisher Khafizov, Mirsaid Mirmaqsudov, and Tulkin Abdullayev have each been appointed to the role.
No official explanation was provided for the timing or rationale behind the leadership change. The Cadastre Agency oversees land registration, property rights, and cadastral mapping across Uzbekistan — functions that sit at the intersection of property reform, investment climate, and public administration modernization, all priorities under the government's current development agenda.
