Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Akram Aliyev, Deputy Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a meeting with a delegation of Turkish entrepreneurs led by Fatih Sharif, Chairman of the BALKANSIAD Association. The delegation included representatives from 18 leading Turkish companies.

The meeting focused on prospects for cooperation in areas such as healthcare, infrastructure development, metallurgy, and machine engineering.

Special attention was given to involving Turkish companies in joint projects, including the construction of water treatment facilities, the production of automatic glass doors, dental implants, and equipment for the furniture industry.

As a result of the negotiations, the format for further interaction and the stages of project implementation were determined.

Both sides expressed confidence that these plans will strengthen economic ties between Uzbekistan and Türkiye, contributing to deeper mutually beneficial cooperation.
