Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) – On 5 August 2024, the Minister of Investments, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan Laziz Kudratov held an online meeting with the Deputy Minister of Finance of Austria, Andreas Reichardt.

During the meeting, a wide range of issues related to bilateral cooperation were discussed, including investments, trade and economic relations, and financial collaboration. The parties exchanged views on the current state and future prospects of cooperation between the two countries.

As part of the event, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed, covering areas such as innovative technologies, best practices, and economic interaction.

Following the meeting, both parties reaffirmed their commitment to continue informing Austrian business circles about the favorable business environment in Uzbekistan, as well as to explore the potential for cooperation in the trade, economic, financial, and investment sectors.
