Tashkent Zoo receives new animals

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Tashkent Zoo received zebras, giraffes, a tigress and a lioness from South Africa, the press service of the Tashkent Zoo reported.

In particular, three zebras, three giraffe cubs, a white Bengal tigress and a white lioness appeared at the zoo.

According to the zoo, these animals were raised on a special farm in South Africa.

The animals were transported by CargoPoint, covering a distance of 10,827 km along the route Johannesburg - Antananarivo - Istanbul - Tashkent.

Currently, animals are going through an adaptation period.
