Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s Maria Timofeeva has reached the final of the Eupago Porto Open, a WTA 125 tournament being held in Portugal.
In the semifinal, Timofeeva defeated Slovakia’s Mia Pohankova in three sets, winning 6-2, 6-7(3), 6-3.
The match lasted 2 hours and 38 minutes.
With the victory, Timofeeva advanced to the tournament final, where she will compete for the title.
