Gold Moon Tashkent state stake put up for auction
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s Agency for State Asset Management has put a 100% state stake in Gold Moon Tashkent up for open auction, with a starting price of 316.67 billion soums. The auction is scheduled for 28 September at 10:00, according to E-auksion.
According to data from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, Gold Moon Tashkent was established in August 2019 and specializes in jewelry production. The company owns the Fonon plant, located in Tashkent’s Chilanzar district opposite the campus of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages and near the Farkhad market.
As of 1 July 2026, Fonon’s profit amounted to 33.39 billion soums. At the same time, the enterprise ended 2025 with a loss of 7.8 billion soums. The plant has an average workforce of 459 employees.
Gold Moon Tashkent’s authorized capital is valued at 444.51 billion soums, while its current assets amount to 331.82 billion soums. The company’s debt liabilities total 305.9 billion soums, while its receivables amount to 13.2 billion soums.
The enterprise’s production facilities are housed in a two-storey building with a total area of 11,370 square meters. The company also owns a 2.56-hectare land plot.
The book value of Gold Moon Tashkent’s fixed assets stands at 110.75 billion soums, with their depreciation rate estimated at 33.17%.
The sale of the state stake is being conducted as part of the privatization program approved by the president in March 2023.
Under the terms of the sale, buyers may pay for the stake in installments over a period of up to 36 months, or three years, in accordance with the Law on Privatization of State Property.
