Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 26 May 2021, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov held a meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov.
During the negotiations, the current state and prospects of further intensification of the Uzbek-Turkmen relations in the political-diplomatic, trade-economic, transport-transit, water management, cultural-humanitarian and other areas, expansion of interregional contacts were discussed.
Issues of interaction between the parties within the framework of international and regional organizations were also considered.
