Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Kazakhstan’s flexible employment platform EasyTap and Uzbek workforce management solutions developer Verifix have agreed to establish joint ventures in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
The companies plan to combine their products so businesses can manage full-time employees and hire verified workers for hourly shifts through a single system.
The companies announced the joint project on 30 September 2026, with the first joint customers expected to be connected in the fourth quarter.
The new system will combine shift planning, working-time tracking, payments and analytics for both full-time and flexible workers. Verifix will identify businesses’ staffing needs based on workloads at specific sites and times, while EasyTap will help address staffing shortages by providing verified self-employed workers.
According to the companies, EasyTap manages to fill more than 90% of urgent requests, including cases where an order is received just three hours before a shift begins.
The partners identified several potential benefits for businesses from combining the two solutions. According to Verifix, accurate working-time tracking allows clients to save around 5% of their payroll costs, while shift planning based on actual workloads can provide an additional 10–15% in savings. The companies expect flexible employment to further reduce the time needed to fill staffing gaps.
EasyTap’s clients include Zammler, MagnumGo, Adidas and Korzinka.
For workers, the system will provide a digital employment record containing verified information on completed shifts, as well as ratings and income data.
The platform will also offer paid internships for early-career specialists, with the possibility of subsequently joining the company’s full-time staff through the same system.
The companies also plan to integrate flexible employment with traditional personnel records. They believe this will make such work more visible and accounted for within a unified infrastructure.
In Uzbekistan, the combined product will be developed by the Verifix team, while EasyTap will lead its development in Kazakhstan. The unified system is expected to bring together more than 500,000 workers, over 85,000 full-time employees and more than 700 corporate clients.
“Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are allies at the state level. We are doing the same at the level of technology companies, and here 1+1=3: two products, two markets and one workforce infrastructure for Central Asia,” said Magzum Tolesh, founder and CEO of EasyTap.
According to him, the integration should make both full-time and flexible work more visible, accounted for and protected, while making the labor market more transparent.
Mumin Salimov, co-founder and CEO of Verifix, said the company would be able not only to identify staffing shortages but also to address them quickly through its partnership with EasyTap.
“This is the first step toward enabling Central Asian businesses to manage their entire workforce — full-time and flexible — in one system,” he said.
EasyTap operates in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. The platform helps companies find self-employed workers for hourly shifts and acts as a tax agent for payments. According to the company, it covers more than 50 cities, has more than 500,000 registered users and serves over 250 corporate clients in retail, HoReCa, light industry and agriculture.
Verifix specializes in workforce management for companies with large numbers of frontline employees. Its platform combines shift planning and working-time tracking with recruitment, personnel records, payroll calculation and employee development.
According to the company, its solutions are used by more than 480 organizations operating across over 5,000 locations, employing more than 85,000 workers in five countries.
