Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Belarusian Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov accepted copies of credentials from Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Belarus Nuriddin Mamajonov on 27 July 2026, according to the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.

The parties discussed current issues of Belarusian-Uzbek cooperation in political, economic, and other spheres, including the implementation of promising joint projects.

Special attention was given to implementing agreements reached by the leaders of the two countries and the roadmap for cooperation development for 2026–2030. The document provides, in particular, for specific measures to increase bilateral trade.

During the meeting, the interlocutors also discussed the agenda of upcoming bilateral events, including those of an economic nature.

The sides noted the active development of partnership at various levels and reaffirmed the strategic nature of relations between Belarus and Uzbekistan. The parties expressed readiness to continue joint work on deepening bilateral dialogue.
