Uzbek leader appointed Abdusalom Azizov to the post of the Minister of Interior Affairs of Uzbekistan. Prior to appointment, he worked as the head of Department of Interior Affairs of Jizzakh region.
At this post, Azizov replaced Adham Ahmedbaev. Mr Ahmedbaev, in his turn, was appointed as the state advisor of the President of Uzbekistan on work with the law enforcement bodies.
