Forthing is a Dongfeng brand launched in 2001 under the Chinese name Fengxing (风行); the English name Forthing came later as an international adaptation, with the Chinese name unchanged. Like most brands under the Dongfeng umbrella, Forthing models carry the parent company's emblem.
