Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 14 December, Ozbekiston pochtasi held a post office rebranding ceremony and provided information on innovations for customers in the new mail system.
Currently, the world is changing dramatically under the influence of modern technologies. As a result, companies and organizations are also applying new technological solutions in their work. Ozbekiston pochtasi within the framework of the renewal also launched the first stage of rebranding of the post office. The new brand of the Uzpost company with a new name, logo and a new color palette presents new opportunities for mail clients.
New colors - fiery and deep blue symbolize warmth, joy, energy, care, trust and professionalism. The humo bird represented on the new logo embodies the constant movement, logistics and dynamic development of Uzpost. The wings of the logo in the form of three lines symbolize the mail routes, the image of the signature-check mark - the successful delivery of mail and the fulfillment of the assigned tasks.
The full launch of the new system by the end of 2021 is just one of the innovations. This system will optimize the processes, reduce the time required for registration of mailing lists. Now clients of Ozbekiston pochtasi without leaving their homes can register their postal parcels through the website, mobile application or telegram bot. The customer who has received the ID-code can provide it at the nearest post office. The operator gets acquainted with the previously entered data and prepares the parcel.
Also, if earlier the clients of Ozbekiston pochtasi did not have information about the location of their mailing lists, now through the new system they can monitor the processes online. This innovation helps not only customers, but also the company itself, allowing you to get trusted information about failures or delays in mailings at a particular stage. Based on this information, the company will be able to successfully solve emerging problems on the ground.

The company purchased 27 Damas cars, 75 Folkswagen Caddy cars of small capacity, 4 ISUZUs, 2 Gazel cars for cargo transportation, as well as 417 electric scooters and 200 bicycles. The post offices were provided with new computer equipment, mobile devices for receiving payments. New pilot branches of a new format and with a new design were opened. In the future, post offices throughout the republic will also be updated according to their standard. The company also purchased automated complexes - parcel machines. With their help, customers can independently receive postage. To date, about 30 parcel terminals have been installed throughout the republic.
Up to 34 types of government services are rendered throughout the republic in more than 900 post offices. By the beginning of next year, Ozbekiston Pochtasi will have commissioned 4 fulfillment centers in Tashkent, Bukhara, Khorezm and Asaka.
