Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - The Uzbekistan International Exhibition "Construction - UzBuild" once again successfully passed UFI audit.

According to the audit certificate of the event’s statistics, 371 companies from 28 countries participated in the UzBuild 2019 international exhibition, including Austria, Azerbaijan, Great Britain, Germany, Greece, Denmark, Italy, Iran, Spain, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, United Arab Emirates, Poland, Portugal, Belarus, Republic of Korea, Russia, USA, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Finland, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Japan. The total exhibition area (gross) amounted to 16,375 square meters. m., and this is all the exhibition halls of the NEC “Uzexpocenter”, including an open area.

Over the three days, the exhibition was visited by 14,969 people, of which 82% were specialists in the construction industry. The geography of visitors was represented very widely. Visitors came to the exhibition from 31 countries: Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Great Britain, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Georgia, Denmark, Israel, India, Iran, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Lithuania, United Arab Emirates, Poland, Republic of Belarus, Republic Korea, Russia, Slovenia, USA, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Finland, France.

UzBuild first went through the exhibition audit procedure in 2007, following its results the exhibition was given the status: "Event approved by UFI - The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry." Thus, UzBuild became the first exhibition in Uzbekistan, which was included in the list of events, whose business reputation is recognized by the world community. It should be noted that today, UzBuild remains the only exhibition in the field of "construction" in Uzbekistan, which holds its status - a world-class business event.

Exhibition audit is an international standard accepted all over the world. Its procedure is approved and controlled by the UFI Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. According to its rules, exhibitions with the status of “Events approved by UFI” are audited once every two years. The UFI Approved Event mark (approved by UFI) is considered the highest achievement in the exhibition business. For organizers, this is a kind of “quality mark”, which marks only the best exhibitions in the world. The event summary data is published in all official world and European exhibition guides, which helps investors, large foreign companies, and specialized associations to obtain reliable data.
