Uzbekistan’s gold exports total US$4.19 billion in January-June 2024

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – From January to June 2024, Uzbekistan’s gold exports reached US$4.19 billion, which is a 3.9% decrease compared to the same period in 2023, according to data from the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan.

Gold accounted for 32.3% of Uzbekistan’s total export volume in the first half of 2024.

Uzbekistan’s foreign trade turnover for January-June 2024 amounted to US$31.8 billion, which is an increase of US$2.5 billion or 8.5% compared to the same period in 2023.
