Uzbekistan exports carpets to 10 countries

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In January-March 2023, Uzbekistan exported carpets to 10 foreign countries in the amount of US$12.1 million, according to the Statistical Agency.

The export volume of carpets increased by US$5.4 million compared to the corresponding period in 2022.

The main countries to which Uzbekistan exports the most carpets (in US dollars):

Kyrgyz Republic – US$6.8 million

Tajikistan – US$1.5 million

Azerbaijan – US$1.3 million

Russia – US$1.2 million

Afghanistan – US$750,000

Kazakhstan – US$340,000
