Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 27 August, Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan Khurram Teshabayev held talks with representatives of the Belarusian company KUVO, as well as relevant ministries and agencies.

KUVO is one of the leading manufacturers in Belarus and the CIS, specializing in a wide range of glass products for various types of transport.

The meeting focused on prospects for cooperation in the field of mechanical engineering and the implementation of joint investment projects.

In particular, the parties discussed opportunities for expanding production and supply of laminated glass, panoramic and pivoting windows for buses, as well as flat and curved tempered glass for vehicles.

Both sides confirmed their mutual interest in strengthening the partnership and agreed to continue negotiations. To assess the parameters of localization projects, they decided to conduct an additional exchange of technical and economic information.
