Uzbek Foreign Minister Meets with King Abdullah II of Jordan in Rome

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — During his visit to Italy, Uzbekistan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Bakhtiyor Saidov, held a meeting in Rome with King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein of Jordan.

On his Telegram channel, the Foreign Minister noted that the meeting took place in a spirit of friendship and mutual respect.

Saidov conveyed warm greetings from Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the King of Jordan, highlighting both countries’ readiness to further strengthen cooperation in political, economic, cultural, and humanitarian spheres.

“Guided by shared values and the spirit of partnership, our foreign ministries will continue to work with determination and mutual trust to further enrich these dynamic relations, opening new opportunities for cooperation in the interests of the prosperity and well-being of our peoples,” Saidov emphasized.
