Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a resolution on the preparation and holding at a high level of the celebration of the 31st anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On the occasion of the celebration of Independence Day, Uzbek citizens will rest for 4 days in a row:

- on 1 September 2022 - Thursday (holiday non-working day);

- on 2 September 2022 - Friday (an additional non-working day - regardless of the type of working week);

- on 3 September 2022 - Saturday (additional non-working day - for employees with a six-day working week);

- on 4 September 2022 - Sunday (day off according to the calendar).
