Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 17 November 2020, a freight train, traveling with 50 wagons loaded with coal, in order to uncouple 4 wagons with coal belonging to the Angren city branch of the AGMK (Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Combine) made a stop at railway station "Ablyk".

After the cars were uncoupled, the main train continued on its way. The uncoupled cars were attached to the locomotive and were sent to the place of delivery. During the movement of the freight train, five unknown persons caught on the train carriages and tried to unload coal from open semitrailers right on the way of the train.

An employee of the Akhangaran detachment of the Militarized Security of Uzbekiston Temir Yollari, accompanying this freight train, promptly reacted by stopping the locomotive and tried to catch the intruders. However, those managed to escape from the scene of the crime scattered.

At present, operational-search measures are being carried out to establish the identity of these unknown persons, and subsequently a legal assessment of their illegal actions will be given.
