Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 24 August, the Telegram bot of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received a message that two unknown persons were leaving inscriptions with advertising of narcotic drugs using a stencil.

In the course of studying the information, officers of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate and the Ministry of Internal Affairs established that such inscriptions were left in Mirzo-Ulugbek and Yashnabad districts. A total of 62 inscriptions were found.

On 26 August, as a result of the measures taken, 20-year-old Anastasia M. and 24-year-old Vladislav S. were detained as a result of the measures taken. During the conversation, Vladislav said that 28-year-old Dmitry S. was also engaged in drawing inscriptions on the walls of houses. He was also detained.

All three said that they applied inscriptions for a certain fee, which they received to the account of an Internet wallet.

In relation to them, in accordance with Articles 161 (“Violation of the rules for the improvement of cities and other settlements”), 183 (“Petty hooliganism”), 194 (“Failure to comply with the legal requirements of an employee of the internal affairs bodies”), an administrative protocol was drawn up. The collected documents were transferred to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Yashnabad District Department of Internal Affairs for consideration and legal action.
