Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Today, on 10 February, the rector of the Tashkent State Transport University Odil Abdurakhmanov met with the President of the Korea National Transport University Jun-Hun Park.

During the Online Dialogue, issues of developing interaction between universities were discussed. During the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed on training and advanced training of modern personnel.

Odil Abdurakhmanov suggested creating a working group from the teaching staff of the two universities and discussing their further work online. This proposal was supported by the Korean partners, and the working group began its work.

Korea National Transport University was founded in 1905. The number of students is 8462, foreign students - 117, faculty - 943. The university has 8 faculties, making it one of the most prestigious universities in Korea.
