Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- From 12 to 30 July, the training course "Advanced training of preschool education teachers in the Republic of Uzbekistan", organized by the Ministry of Preschool Education in cooperation with KOICA within the framework of the project "Capacity Building and Further Development of Preschool Education in Uzbekistan", was launched.
These training courses are planned for the period 2021 to 2023. Every year, for next 3 years, 20 employees of the field of preschool education will participate in the program. The project is scheduled for two and three weeks of lectures and workshops with the participation of leading professors and teachers from Korea Soonchunhyang University.
The training course will be attended by 21 employees who are currently employed in the preschool education system (4 directors, 4 methodologists and 13 preschool educators), selection of 120 employees for the courses was carried out by specialists from the Ministry through testing.
The course aims to improve student-centered approaches and curricula in ECE. Due to the epidemiological situation, training courses are held online.
