Now you can send the results of an independent assessment to the tax authorities in the "All Services" section of the website my3.soliq.uz.

STC specialists have prepared detailed instructions on how to use the service.

Before 1 October 2022, taxpayers have the right to conduct an independent assessment of the value of real estate with the involvement of an appraisal organization or submit to the tax authorities the results of a property assessment conducted with the involvement of an appraisal organization in the last 2 years. At the same time, taxpayers had to notify the tax authorities of the independent assessment by 1 April 2022 (the deadline is 31 March).

If taxpayers did not notify the tax authorities within the prescribed period, then they must submit an updated certificate, taking into account the minimum value of the property
