Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government resolution approved the Administrative Regulations for the provision of public services for the state registration of complex business license agreements (franchising).
According to the Regulations, the state registration of a franchise agreement is carried out through the Public Services Centers or EPIGU.
For the provision of a public service, a fee of one-third of the basic estimated value is levied.
The fee is not charged in the following cases:
- when registering changes and additions to the franchise agreement on the basis of a judicial act;
- when reviewing registration documents.
In case of refusal to register, the applicant can re-apply within 3 months without paying a fee, eliminating the deficiencies.
