The number of test items in entrance exams reduced

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The number of test tasks has been optimized and it has been established that a total of 3 hours are given for entrance tests.

In 3 subjects, compulsory for all test takers:

- native language (Uzbek, Russian or Karakalpak) - 10 questions. 2.1 points for each, the maximum point is 21 points;

- mathematics - 10 questions. 2.1 points for each, the maximum point is 21 points;

- History of Uzbekistan - 10 questions. 2.1 points for each, the maximum point is 21 points. 

The maximum possible score is 63 points.

In 2 subjects corresponding to the direction of the bachelor's degree:

- 1 subject - 20 questions. 3.15 points for each, the maximum score is 63 points;

- 2 subject - 20 questions. 3.15 points for each, the maximum point is 63 points.

The maximum possible score is 126 points.

In the 2021-2022 academic year, applicants will be given 70 test tasks in 5 subjects. The maximum score that can be gained in this case is 189 points.
