Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A group of specialists from representatives of subordinate enterprises of Thermal Power Plants JSC took part in a seminar organized by the European School of Management and Technology in Germany.
A special short-term training course was organized on the topic "Digital Economy and Corporate Governance". It was attended by representatives of Thermal Power Plants JSC, as well as subordinate enterprises such as Syrdarya TPP JSC, Talimarjan TPP JSC, Uzenergosozlash LLC and Uzbekenergotamir JSC.
Lectures were presented to the audience in such areas as “Peculiarities of corporate governance”, “Important aspects of the formation of the digital economy and e-government” and “Development of a digitalization strategy based on a business model”.
The participant of the course, the head of the corporate governance department of JSC "Thermal Power Plants" Golibbek Ravshanbekov argues that the effectiveness of the corporate governance system not only increases the market value of the company, but also ensures competitiveness in financial markets, reduces the cost of raising borrowed funds and increases investment attractiveness.
As part of the training course, visits were organized to various German companies and enterprises that have achieved great results in the field of corporate governance and the digital economy, as well as B2B negotiations.
This training seminar is organized with the support of the Graduate School of Business and Entrepreneurship under the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Such seminars are aimed at ensuring the implementation of the "Roadmap" "On the training, retraining and advanced training of employees of system enterprises of JSC "Thermal Power Plants" during 2022".
