Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- At a meeting chaired by Sardor Umurzakov, Prosecutor General Nigmatilla Yuldashev disclosed some information about violations of the law in the field of energy supply.

According to the Prosecutor General, a criminal case was initiated against Muzaffar Aliyev, director of the Khududgaz Toshkent branch, which is a structural subdivision of Khududgaztaminot in Tashkent region, he was taken into custody as a measure of restraint.

Also, criminal cases were initiated and a measure of restraint in the form of detention was applied against the head of the Yangiyul regional gas supply enterprise, Umid Tuychiev, and the former head of the Gulistan regional power grid enterprise, Furkat Shodmonkulov.

“If responsible persons in other regions do not draw the right conclusions from this and violate the law, such criminal cases will undoubtedly be initiated against them,” Sardor Umurzakov.
