Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A delegation of the Public Association of the Trade Union of the Oil and Gas Industry of Kazakhstan visited the Bukhara oil refinery.

The purpose of this visit, organized at the invitation of the Republican Council of the Trade Union of Energy, Oil and Gas and Geology Workers of Uzbekistan, is to develop relations with trade unions and exchange experience.

In order to get acquainted with the measures taken to protect the health of workers, the members of the delegation visited a health-improving complex located on the territory of the plant, examined the condition of the phytobar, rooms for medical procedures and medical care.

They also toured the main production hall, the plant’s central laboratory, the new research and analytical building, as well as the canteen and dairy distribution points.

In addition, they got acquainted with the conditions created for training and advanced training of the plant’s employees, as well as the methods of training conducted in an interactive form.

At the end of the visit, the working group acknowledged the achievements of the company and made suggestions on methods to further improve the conditions created.
