Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Day of Construction Workers was celebrated in Tashkent on 8 August. On this day, visitors to Central Park were able to congratulate the builders on their professional holiday and spend an excellent evening with cheerful animators, creative photo zones, funny cartoons and a basketball competition with prizes from Knauf. The event was held in compliance with security measures and mask mode.

The greatest delight of the guests of the park was caused by the art space, in which the masterpieces of the State Museum of Arts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan named after I. V. Savitsky, pictures of Volkov, Tansykbaev, Karakhan, Ufimtsev, Kashin, Tatevosyan, Kurzin, Lysenko, Usto Mumin, Mazel, Rozhdestvensky, Savitsky and Falk flourished on huge LED screens. Their characters went beyond the canvases, settled in the digital space and immersed the audience in Art.

“The Builder’s Day is an important holiday for Knauf. The company annually organizes celebrations throughout the Republic. This is our opportunity to say “thank you” to people who put their soul into their work and make cities comfortable. By tradition, KNAUF QK21 has an art component. This year we decided to acquaint Tashkent residents with the legendary collection of the Savitsky Museum. I was glad that park visitors appreciated our efforts and returned to the art space more than once, said Dmitry Deripalko, head of KNAUF enterprises in Uzbekistan.

From 9 to 14 August, festive events will be held in the regions. Visitors to KNAUF QK21 will participate in contests and creative workshops, paint huge coloring pages, collect giant Jenga and win prizes by playing basketball.
