Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 18 November, deputy khokim Sharof Rakhmanov met with a group of entrepreneurs from Turkestan region (Kazakhstan) at the Tashkent khokimiyat, headed by the deputy akim of Turkestan region, Rashid Ayupov.

Having greeted the guests, Sharof Rakhmanov recalled the visit of the delegation of the khokimiyat to Turkestan, which took place last year. The parties noted the importance of good-neighborly relations that fill the cooperation between Tashkent and the Turkestan region with new content and serve as an impetus for its development.

To achieve maximum efficiency from the visit, the deputy khokim suggested organizing meetings in areas of interest to the guests. Kazakh specialists in the field of information technology got acquainted with the work being done to create a single Situation Center, and entrepreneurs were given an excursion to TEXNOPARK to choose the optimal vector of cooperation.

Guests who have shown interest in organizing virtual receptions for the President and Prime Minister were invited to familiarize themselves with the work of one of the Public Service Centers in Tashkent operating in the districts of the capital.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to continue close contacts to promptly resolve issues arising in the development of interregional cooperation.
