Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) - Today, warm and dry weather is expected in most of Uzbekistan, only in Karakalpakstan and in the evening in Bukhara region, in some places, short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible. 

In the north and in the desert zone, wind intensification up to 17-22 m/s is possible, with dusty drifts, and gusts up to 23-25 m/s are not excluded. The air temperature in the republic will be 28-30 degrees by noon, which is 8-10 degrees above the norm.

On the night of 9 April, heavy cloud cover is expected on the territory of Uzbekistan from the regions of Turkmenistan, from which short-term rain with a thunderstorm will pass in Navoi, Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, Syrdarya regions at night. In the foothills and mountainous regions of the republic during the day, short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible in places. The air temperature will remain within the same limits.

On Sunday, weather without precipitation is expected in the republic, only in Karakalpakstan and Khorezm region, unstable weather will be observed, in some places short-term rain and thunderstorms are possible. Daytime temperatures will rise to 30-35°.

In the coming weekend, in places across the republic, it is possible to increase up to 17-22 m/s, with dusty drifts.
