Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Decree of the President "On additional measures for the effective organization of activities for the administration of justice" was adopted.

Until 1 September 2023, the information system "Participation of the Prosecutor in the Courts" in the activities of the Corps of Specialized Prosecutors will be launched as a preliminary experiment, and from 2024 it will be fully put into practice.

According to the Decree:

powers to consider certain categories of civil, economic and administrative cases are transferred to administrative bodies;

for certain categories of criminal, civil, economic and administrative cases, the procedure for their completion in the lower courts themselves is established.

The number of staff units of the Corps of Specialized Prosecutors will be increased by reducing prosecutorial supervision in some areas, as well as optimizing the staff units of organizations under the Prosecutor General’s Office.

Employees of the Corps of Specialized Prosecutors will carry out their activities in the court buildings.
