Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — At the invitation of Mongolian President Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, accompanied by his spouse, has arrived in Ulaanbaatar on a state visit.

The capital’s Buyant-Ukhaa International Airport was adorned with the national flags of both countries in honor of the occasion. President Mirziyoyev was greeted with a formal welcome ceremony by Mongolian Foreign Minister Batmunkh Battsetseg and other high-ranking officials. An honor guard was also assembled to pay tribute to the distinguished guest.

During the visit, high-level talks between Uzbekistan and Mongolia are scheduled for today. The agenda includes discussions on key areas of bilateral cooperation and prospects for further collaboration.
