He proposed the following initiatives:

- Adopt within the framework of the Organization a multilateral agreement on the creation of an efficient food supply system, based on the needs of the global and domestic markets, as well as the production capabilities of our countries.

- In order to accelerate the introduction of innovations, modern knowledge and advanced technologies into the field, it is important to establish a full-scale partnership between the Organization of Turkic States and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.

- Regularly hold the Turkic agricultural forum and, within this format, organize an international exhibition of "smart agriculture".
