Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 19 January, the owner of one of the car rental salons contacted the duty unit of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Mirzo-Ulugbek district, saying that the day before, 20-year-old Sh.I. rented a car "Gentra" and had to return it on 19 January at 22.30. However, he did not. By checking through the "GPS" was established the location of the machine.
Arriving at the place, car rental workers found that tires and wheels, a video recorder, radar detector, steering wheel, front and rear seats, headlights, etc. were removed from the car. This was reported by the press service of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of Tashkent.
On this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 168 (“Fraud”) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
