Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Government resolution approved the Regulations on the Fund for Supporting the Activities of Khokim’s Assistants.

According to the Regulations, the executive body of the Fund is the Agency for the Work of Mahallabai and Entrepreneurship Development under the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction.

Fund resources are used for the following purposes:

compensation of a part of the salary of hokim’s assistants, which is less than the average monthly salary at the previous place of work;

payment of compensation for housing rental expenses for assistant khokims and republican representatives arriving and working from other regions (in the amount of 2 BRF - 540 thousand soums);

monthly rewarding of khokim’s assistants and republican representatives who have achieved good results in their work;

compensation of transportation expenses of republican representatives using a personal car;

payment of compensation for travel to republican representatives once a month to the place of permanent residence by rail (100% of expenses at the "economy" tariff, 70% of expenses at the "business" tariff (excluding air travel);

payment at the end of the year of a subsidy for the purchase of housing on the basis of a mortgage loan to republican representatives and assistants of khokims who have achieved high results in the assigned territory (up to 50 percent of the cost of housing, but not more than 150 million soums);

bonuses to persons awarded with the badge "Reformer of New Uzbekistan" (a one-time cash bonus in the amount of 5 BRD - 1 million 350 thousand soums).

According to the Regulations, with the help of the electronic platform "Online Mahalla", which allows you to effectively organize and evaluate the activities of khokim’s assistants, a monthly bonus is paid:

in case of recognition of the work as "satisfactory" - in the amount of 15% of the monthly salary;

in case of recognition of the work as "good" - in the amount of 30% of the monthly salary;

in case of recognition of the work as "excellent" - in the amount of 50% of the monthly salary.
