Procedure for registering branches of certain professional unions established
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The government of Uzbekistan has approved a regulation outlining the procedure for registering branches of trade unions and primary trade union organizations that do not have legal entity status.
According to the document, state services for registering such entities are provided through Public Service Centers, the electronic platform for Non-Governmental Non-Commercial Organizations, and the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services (my.gov.uz).
The registration process is free of charge. Applications for registration are reviewed within ten working days from the date of submission to the registering authority. Based on the review, a decision is made either to approve or deny the registration of the branch or primary organization.
All registered entities are entered into a special registry maintained by the relevant registering authority.
