Portfolio Investments and Gemstone Capital become advisers on the privatization of Dori-Darmon

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A consortium of Portfolio Investments and Gemstone Capital have become consultants to the Government of Uzbekistan on the privatization of a 51% stake in the authorized capital of Dori-Darmon JSC.

The State Assets Management Agency announced the winners of the tender for attraction of a professional consulting company to privatize a 51% stake in the authorized capital of JSC Dori-Darmon.

The Agency notes that during the selection process, proposals were received from 8 professional organizations, including in the form of a consortium, and their financial proposals, experience in the field, qualifications and approaches to the implementation of relevant tasks were considered.

The tender was attended by local and foreign companies.

Accordingly, as a result of the selection, the consortium of Portfolio Investments and Gemstone Capital were declared the winner of the competition as a privatization consultant.
