Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- In accordance with the Resolution of the President, members of the Central Election Commission (CEC) in terms of status, conditions of remuneration and material incentives, material and household support are equated to:

the chairman of the CEC and his deputy - to the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and the chairman of the committee, respectively;

the CEC secretary and members working on a permanent basis - to the deputy chairman and members of the committee of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, respectively.

Also, the period of membership in the CEC is also included in the length of service as a judge, which gives the right to assign a pension.
