Onodera User Run to Open Training Center in Tashkent to Support Employment of Uzbek Citizens
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — From 27 to 29 May this year, the leadership of Uzbekistan’s Migration Agency paid a business visit to Japan, during which an agreement was reached to initiate cooperation with the Japanese company Onodera User Run, which manages a workforce of 30,000 people.
As a follow-up to these agreements, a delegation from Onodera User Run arrived in Uzbekistan on 11 June. The visit culminated in the signing of a memorandum of cooperation between the company and the Migration Agency, paving the way for new employment opportunities for Uzbek youth in the Japanese labor market.
Jun Kato, President of Onodera User Run, stated, “We are pleased to enter the Uzbek market. As early as this September, we plan to open our first training center in Tashkent, which will operate according to Japanese standards.
As part of the project, we will engage local specialists to teach Japanese language, provide them with advanced training, and employ them as staff members of our organization.”
The training program is designed to last six months. Upon successful completion, graduates will be directly placed at leading enterprises across Japan.
